You can purchase our heirloom corn masa that we mill in-house w/24 hr notice. We cannot guarantee a color of corn as we rotate it in-house. The types of corn we use are yellow, white, red, and blue. You will get one of these types of masa. We will email you a confirmation once your order is ready!
